How Long Will It Take Before My Order Is Shipped?

Please note that it is just me (And occasionally my husband) working in the shop to get your orders out as fast as we can! We strive to have orders ready and shipped out in 14-21 days but processing times may increase during busy seasons. This does not include shipping times, we recommend planning ahead so you are not disappointed by longer processing times or shipping delays.

 

How Will My Product Be Shipped? We use Canada Post or UPS for our shipments, shipping time estimates are found on their websites. We are not responsible for lost, or stolen packages. All is wrapped with care and packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes with a 200lb rating. 

    

Return/Exchange Policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us! We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase or upon delivery. Please email us at splintersandgrace@gmail.com within the 14 days and we will start the return process. Please note that in the event of buyer remorse, the buyer is responsible for cost of the return shipping. A refund for the purchase price minus the initial shipping will be issued once the item has arrived back to us in new condition. Shipping will not be refunded.

Please allow time for the refund to reflect on your bank statements.

 

What if I have a problem with my order?

We pride ourselves in offering you a quality product. Please note that our wood products are handcrafted and will have small imperfections as that is the nature of wood. However if a quality issue was overlooked during production we will do our best to make it right. Please email us with your concerns and we will work together towards a solution.
