Shipping policy

All of our items are shipped using Canada Post or UPS. 

1. Shipping times to Canadian addresses usually take 3-7 business days depending on where you are located. 
2. Shipping times to US addresses usually take 14 business days.

As this is an average, sometimes items may arrive sooner and sometimes they may arrive later during busy periods.

Please note this excludes our processing and handling times. We recommend planning ahead to avoid delays.
